When I realized a week or so ago that all my tricks to escape emotional pain no longer work I was calling it “just lay there in the bottom of the barrel,” but “ride loose in the saddle!” Is way more fun. 🤠
Riding loose does sound more appealing than laying at the bottom of a barrel, lol. But it’s that same willingness to grow still, to let go and breathe, that is the quality that matters. I’m so happy to hear you’ve gone from hitting the wall to seeing your path to move forward. The beautiful thing is that peace will not be found at the end of it, but along the way. 😊
